OPI Holiday 2014 Gwen Stefani Collection Swatches & Review

Hi guys! Hope you all had a nice weekend, it's technically still the weekend for me...thanks Labor Day! Today I have OPI's Holiday Collection for 2014 which is another Gwen Stefani Collection! Yeah you read that right, their Holiday Collection, already! I wasn't expecting to find these yet but I went to a local nail supply on Friday to get some other polishes and they had the display for these out! You all know how much I love me some Gwen so of course they all came home with me! This collection is very heavy on reds which is something OPI tends to do for every Holiday Collection but there are a couple gems in here! Check out the swatches after the jump!

Christmas Gone Plaid is a hunter green creme. This ended up being a little darker on the nail than it looked in the bottle. The formula was good, it was a good consistency and the opacity was good. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Cinnamon Sweet is a red creme. The formula was good and the opacity was really nice. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Fashion A Bow is a slightly orange toned red. The formula was a bit of jelly, it dried with that nice shiny squishy look that jellies have. The formula was good but a touch on the sheer side, I used 3 coats for full opacity.

First Class Desires is a dark purple with a strong golden shimmer. This was more obviously purple in person than it translates in photos. It reminds me a lot of Zoya Sansa so if you have one you probably won't need the other. The formula was good, it was easy to apply and the opacity was good. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

I Carol About You is a vibrant purple with a subtle shimmer. In the bottle this looked like a creme so it was a nice surprise to see the shimmer as I started applying it. This did smell very skunk-y as some blues and purples do sometimes because of the pigment in them. If you are sensitive to that scent you may want to pass on this one. The formula was good as was the opacity, I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Just Beclaus is a red creme. The formula was good, it was a nice consistency and easy to apply. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

In A Holidaze is a maroon creme. This was a little bit jelly-ish also, like Fashion A Bow. The formula was good, it was a bit sheer but easily buildable and opaque in 3 coats.

Kiss Me- Or Elf! is a fuchsia shimmer. This is one of those shimmers that looks like it's glowing, photos don't do justice to how pretty it is. The formula was good, it was easy to apply and the opacity was good. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Love Is Hot and Coal is a brown shimmer. The shimmer is this leans towards being a frost, it's not a polish I personally care very much for. The formula was good, it was a little patchy on the first coat but good with the 2nd coat. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Red Fingers and Mistletoes is a red and gold shimmer. The shimmer isn't noticeably gold out in the sun but it really comes out in the shade and indoors. The formula was good, it was a nice consistency and easy to apply. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Lighting: Shade
Sleigh Parking Only is a dark plummy purple creme. This is another that ended up being a little darker on the nail than I expected but I like it, it's such a nice vampy shade! The formula was good, it was a really nice consistency and the opacity was great, nearly a 1 coater! I used 2 coats for the photos below.

What's Your Point-settia? is a bright red creme. The formula was good, it was easy to work with and the opacity was great. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

I don't know when these will be available at stores like Ulta and Sally Beauty since I haven't seen any official info from OPI about this collection yet. When I find out I'll update this part of the post!
